okies anws..i did badly for my Summer test and i have to buck up . Jia yos to all you guys too! The team shall be promoted proudly TOGETHER !! YES YES we must.

After a month of June holidays (or the lack of it :p ), we had our first tougher training on weds. hahas. Did more drills than usual but had as much fun as ever . However i ended up with a VIOLENT muscleache which was almost like a muscle cramp+strain. (okay im weak) so i did not attend training today (friday) .. felt horrible about that. wanqing!!!
Would be going to gym for a short work out tommorow when my calf heals to make it up alil . (:


Update for the kids coaching programme @ CC
-This project is a combined effort of the entire team and it would be desirable for all of US to attand as many sessions as possible. ITS OUR PROJECT! yEA!
-We have conducted 4 sessions by far and there are 8 more to go ! (:
