multi-shuttles drill :
- lob , cross drop/smash , front .
- str push , cross smash .
- tap both corners (like doubles) .
- first 15or10mins do anything but smashes , den 5mins of rest , last 15or10mins include smashes . (sx n qiyong do 15mins while joce n qing do 10mins)
` punishment : 5 kangaroo jumps per mistake !
